The first pattern is 09-2010-106 from Burda magazine. I plan to make skirt little bit shorter, one hand above knee will be fine.

The second pattern is 08-2012-135 from Burda again%). I think that smaller pockets will be better, also I haven't so much fabric for big pockets%)

One vote for #134. The tie belt is adorable!

DeleteI personally like #134 since I made it. I go by the one hand above the knee rule too! It's short enough to be cool but not vulgar. I like the very first option too although I've not made that one yet. I didn't make the tie belt and if you don't have enough fabric for it don't worry. I'm sure you can find one in your wardrobe or not use one at all.

ReplyDelete135-2012-08 is useless until your ankles get same fatness as the ones of the chick in the photo (I doubt it'll ever be the case for you).
P. S. You'll scold me, but. Looking at the green one front-taken photo, I can't help recalling a famous Russian saying about sewing sleeves to something.

I expect 134 and 135 are the same basic pattern. I like the idea of pockets :)

Yes, this is one pattern!%)) So I already cut it and have started to sew. I decided to think about the pockets during the process%))
DeletePS. Not at all!%)) I just have add-on for FF which help me to save all pictures from page(when I want to save something for future ideas), so it helps to get easy the big pictures%))
